Dehydrated cereal grass is 20% to 25% protein—higher than milk (3%), eggs (12%) and sirloin steak (16%). In order for food proteins to be optimally used by the body, all of the essential amino acids must be present; proteins which meet this requirement are called complete proteins. Cereal grasses are complete proteins.

Okay, so where do you buy products which list cereal grass or dehydrated cereal grass as an ingredient? This is new to me.
Cereal grasses are not(as far as I know) usually ingredients in products; you usually buy them as a separate powder to mix into a drink- water or a shake.
You can buy some kind of barely green powder at most health food stores, should be able to get it at Whole Foods if its really as great as you say it is ;) , or Jordan Rubin has a green drink with cereal grasses in it that you can get from his store- Garden of Life. The link is on the Food for Thought Menu.
