No Exercise...??

A Finnish study of nearly 8,000 men and women... found that those who did not exercise increased their risk of dying by 400% compared to individuals in the high-activity group. 1

Some say that exercise is as important as diet. Hard to put a % on it, they are both more critical as the years go by.

Lets put it like this just for clarity's sake:

The Health Trinity-
1. Proper Diet (Eat what God created for food in a form that is closest to how he created it- includes sufficient amount of water)

2. Proper Exercise (Functional fitness- performing movements that you would use in everyday life to train muscles to work together instead of isolating them- this includes sufficient quantities of early morning sunlight and fresh air)

3. Proper sleep (sleeping at the times when God created us to sleep- from sundown to sunup in order to not mess up our circadian rhythms- for sufficient amount of time in order for our bodies to be able to repair themselves.)

These are the three key things you need to pay attention to if you want to be healthy. None is more important than the other. They all work synergistically. So you can't really put a % on any one of the three- they should be inseparable.
